These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Babble Buddies Circle Time website and your participation in our programs. By registering for or attending any Babble Buddies Circle Time sessions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

Babble Buddies Circle Time is a baby circle time program for infants 0–12 months, designed by pediatric speech-language pathologists. Sessions include songs, play-based learning, and strategies to support early communication development.

Babble Buddies is not speech therapy and does not replace individualized assessment. If you have concerns about your child’s development, please consult a licensed professional.

2. Registration & Payment

– Full payment is due at the time of registration.
– Sessions are sold as full programs; drop-ins are not permitted.
– Refunds (minus a $100 administration fee) are available if canceled in writing at least 7 days before the session begins.
– No refunds will be issued for late cancellations unless otherwise agreed.
– Fees are non-transferable unless approved by Babble Buddies.

3. Missed Classes & Make-ups

– Make-up sessions may be available based on instructor discretion and space.
– If make-up is unavailable, a recap email and materials will be provided.

4. Behavior & Safety

– Babble Buddies is a baby-friendly space. Feeding, diapering, and movement are welcome.
– Parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising their baby at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, songs, strategies, and materials are the intellectual property of Babble Buddies Inc. and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

6. Privacy & Photos

– Photos or videos may be taken during sessions with your consent.
– Personal information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Health Disclaimer

– Babble Buddies is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.
– By participating, you acknowledge that the program is educational in nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

Babble Buddies is not liable for any injuries or losses arising from participation. Total liability is limited to the amount of program fees paid.

9. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected of all participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
